	Weingut Janz Dornfelder Prädikatswein Spätlese Dornfelder is a full-bodied, smooth, and fruity red varietal. The bouquet and flavor hint of cherries, black berries and almonds. Perfect with venison and red meats or strong cheese. Estate bottled.
	Weingut Janz Cabernet Sauvignon This red varietal is highly aromatic, rich in flavor and classy. Its elegant fragrance reminds of black currants, cedars and black pepper. Enjoy this wine as a perfect accompaniment to roasted red meats, poultry or venison. Also great with aged cheese such as Brie, Cheddar or Gouda.
	Weingut Janz Pinot Noir Limited Edition A light colored varietal with a tangy, fresh aroma made from only the best of our Pinot Noir grapes. Get surprised again and again by its full body and inspiring elegance. Perfect with grilled meats and fish or with crisp, fresh salad.
	2007 Weingut Janz Bodenheimer Mönchpfad Regent Auslese Indigo color. Spiced baked apple, prune and golden raisin compote aromas follow through on a thick, round entry to a fruity sweet full body with good depth and purity. Finishes with a nice dash of cinnamon spiced nuts, honeyed orange zest, and pink peppercorns. A great, not cloying dessert wine to try with pecan pie or cheeses. 	White wines
	Weingut Janz Riesling Riesling is a delicately flavored, dry wine. Its tart, acidic character highlights the light citrus-peach aroma. This wine is very versatile. Especially good with steamed or broiled fish, seafood, or meat dishes with a light sauce. Riesling works well with spicy Asian cuisine. Serve chilled
	Weingut Janz Bacchus A fragrant, floral white wine revealing a delicate aroma of nutmeg. Its fresh and lively but well balanced flavor this wine is easy to drink. It is excellent with light meals, sweets and desserts but is just as perfect with Asian dishes. Serve chilled
	2007 Weingut Janz Silvaner Pale golden color. Caramel apple and nougat aromas. A soft, round entry leads to a dryish light-to-medium body with flavors of crabapple, white peach, and smoky minerals. 	Weingut Janz Sauvignon Blanc Roasted hazelnut and pecan, meringue, and candied citrus zest aromas. A soft, supple entry leads to a fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body with apple sauce, pecan tart, and melon sherbet flavors. Finishes with tangy, mineral, apple and nectarine fade. 	Weingut Janz Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) This German Pinot Blanc is a very refreshing wine with moderate acidity. It is well balanced through a delicate fruitiness with an aroma of apple, mango and fragrant quince. This Pinot Blanc adapts itself to many occasions. This light wine is perfect with barbeque and light meals such as vegetable soup, cold appetizers and crunchy salads. Serve chilled.
	Weingut Janz Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder Auslese) This Pinot Gris is a young and light wine. It is slightly dry but fragrant, rich and full-bodied. Harmonizes very well with seafood, hearty fish, pasta, lamb, fowl and young game meats. Also perfect with aged soft cheeses. Serve chilled.
	2007 Weingut Janz Zornheimer Pilgerweg Chardonnay Spätlese Pale golden color. Nougat, sour cream frosting and overripe apple and peach aromas follow through on brisk entry to a sweet sour light body with birch embers and brown apple notes. Quick, tinny fade.
